GOLEM CLUB has been a synonym for fitness, relax and a healthy lifestyle for over eight years.
From the very beginning of its existence, Golem Club has been offering a new perspective on fitness for the wide public – availability, pleasant environment, the newest equipment, new forms of training, and individual approach towards every client.
At present, Golem Club is operating in three locations – in the Aupark and Avion Shopping Centres, as well as in the Tower 115 office building. The total area of our fitness centres is 3308 square meters, making Golem Club the largest and most qualified fitness centre in Slovakia.

The strategy of Golem Club is not only expanding its training space, but primarily extending the services the centre provides. In addition to quality opportunities for fitness, we are offering a wide range of aerobics trainings, indoor cycling, solariums, squash, massages, and rehabilitation.
The proof of satisfaction with our services is having over 12 thousand active members.

Our philosophy to provide the best services inspired us to come up with a fresh concept based on the newest global trends in fitness – the Golem Health Club.

The uniqueness of this project will be augmented by its size, location, equipment, and the range of services provided.
Golem Health Club will be a club-based fitness centre. High comfort when enjoying our services, which will be provided on area of 1680 square meters, will be ensured by a limited number of members. A terrace with a total area of 886 square meters will also be a part of the fitness centre, providing a magnificent view of the panorama of Bratislava. The newest equipment, the best materials, and new services in the field of wellness – a pool, saunas, and Jacuzzi, will intensify the experience on each visit.

For this unique project, we were looking for a location, which would fulfil the newest global standards for places of relax and entertainment through its position, architecture, and environment. Based on these criteria, we have decided to place Golem Health Club in the newly constructed EUROVEA complex.

     

Eurovea is an integrated multi-purpose project, which meets the requirements of the 21st century. Apartments, office spaces, shops and vocational places near one of the biggest pier squares in Europe and the Slovak national theatre make Eurovea a colourful and dynamic place. The first stage of the project will provide a world-class shopping centre, luxurious apartments and penthouses, the five-star Sheraton hotel, a quay park, underground parking, and a wide portfolio of vocational activities and entertainment, including the Golem Health Club.
 

The Golem Health Club will be the flagship of fitness and wellness centres in Slovakia.  The aim of our concept is to create an exclusive health club competitive to top facilities around the world. Golem Health Club will be a place offering high-quality services, first-rate equipment, appealing ambiance, individual approach towards our clients, while informing them about the newest trends in fitness, wellness and a healthy life style.
 

Golem Health Club is ready to offer you the newest equipment and the most modern services in Slovakia, including the new concept of “functional training”, increasingly popular indoor cycling, wide variety of aerobic exercises, and watching TV programs during the training, while utilizing the “cardio cinema” system. Our fitness centre is equipped with top-class Star Trac® cardio and fitness units, which offer exquisite comfort during the training.
Every member of our club will undertake an “introductory diagnostics”. Through a lactate test and a consultation with our physiotherapist we will diagnose your current health condition, including your overall physical fitness, musculature stature and flexibility. Based on these information and your goals we will develop a training plan. In the course of the first briefing, we will show you how to use our equipment and teach you the correct procedures and movements.
 

Golem Health Club is not solely about training. As a true world-class health club we accentuate relaxation and entertainment as well, so we can make the time you spend in our club most enjoyable to you. In our wellness zone, we offer a swimming pool, three types of saunas – Finnish, steam and herbal, and Luxura vertical and horizontal solariums, which belong to the best in the segment. Massages are an integral part of sports activities, as well. Experts claim that one massage session a week is the utter minimum in today’s world. The uniqueness of our club will be underlined by whirlpool bathtubs placed on the terrace with an exquisite view of the panorama of Bratislava.
   

If you would like to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of juice with your friends, or even hold a business meeting, Golem Café is ready to welcome you. With respect to the selection of beverages it is rather a café than a fitness bar, which are typically stuffed with nutrition supplements. For those guests who take an interest in healthy lifestyle, we offer salads and a wide assortment of juices made of fresh fruit.

And it is also a perfect place to be for those who cherish a glass of good wine, beer or mixed drinks. In addition to beverages, we will offer sandwiches, salads and desserts. The bar will be equipped with wide-screen television sets, and it will offer Wi-Fi internet connection, as well. Cafe is a place that makes an important contribution to building a relaxed atmosphere and community of our members. 

The terrace of Golem Health Club will be divided into three parts. The first part will accommodate the whirlpool bathtubs, belonging to the wellness zone. The second part of the terrace will be occupied by the café. The third part will be used for aerobics and indoor cycling lessons during the summer. From the terrace is an equisite view of the panorama of Bratislava.
