Operational Rules of Golem Club VIVO

Introductory Provisions

For the purposes of these Operational Rules, the terms used shall be interpreted in the meaning in which they are defined in the General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services in Sports and Fitness Facilities of GOLEM CLUB (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”), of which these Operational Rules form an inseparable part of the conditions for the use of Services provided to Clients.

1.  Identification Details of the Facility Operator

PREMIUM FIT, s.r.o., with registered office at Einsteinova 18, 851 01 Bratislava, Company ID No.: 35 817 721, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, File No.: 24671/B.

2.  Type and Method of Service Provision; Prohibited Actions During Service Provision

2.1  The Operator provides Services related to a healthy lifestyle, in particular gym, fitness, cardio zone, group exercise and other services. Given that the Facility offers Services subject to special conditions that the Operational Rules must contain, these are set out in Annex No. 1 to these Operational Rules (massages). The method of providing Services means enabling Clients to use selected Services of the Operator at the Facility, or to use its Services in accordance with the conditions set out in the Price List, these Operational Rules and the GTC.

3.  Operating Conditions and Principles of Health Protection for Clients and Employees

3.1  The conditions for entry to the Facility and the provision of Services are set out in Article 6 of the GTC, with the opening hours of the Facility being generally from 06:00 to 22:00. The Operator is entitled to adjust the opening hours appropriately or to temporarily restrict or suspend operations, in particular due to a sanitary day, technical maintenance of equipment, an accident, a decision by the building landlord, an intervention by a public authority, or other operational reasons.

Current opening hours are posted at the entrance to the facility. Notices of changes will be announced on the Operator’s website.

3.2  The Facility is divided into the following areas: entrance, fitness zone, cardio zone, performance zone, aerobic studio, box zone, massage room, restrooms, showers, changing rooms.

3.3  If the capacity of individual sections of the Facility is exceeded, the Operator is entitled to deny a Client entry until the capacity of the Facility allows it. In this regard, the Client shall have no claims against the Operator.

3.4  If a Client cannot demonstrate the right to use Services in the manner required by the Facility, they are not entitled to enter the Facility.

3.5  The Client is obliged to use all equipment and tools in the Facility exclusively for the purpose for which they are intended. In case of doubt about correct usage, the Client is obliged to refrain from using them and may ask the responsible person of the Operator about the correct use of specific equipment or tools.

3.6  The Operator bears no responsibility for injuries and accidents caused by the Client themselves, or to another person, due to their own negligence or non-compliance with these Operational Rules.

3.7  Clients use all Services at the Facility at their own risk.

4.  Instructions, Restrictions and Prohibitions Relating to Clients

4.1  The Client is obliged to behave in a manner that does not disturb the comfort of other Clients, does not cause damage to health or property, and does not in any way disrupt the operation of the Facility or the use of Services by other Clients.

4.2  The Operator is not liable for damage to items brought into or stored at the Facility during the use of Services. If a Client stores items in places designated by the Operator whose individual or combined value of two or more items exceeds EUR 100 (valuable item), the Client must report this to the responsible person and store them in the designated valuables storage; otherwise the Operator is not liable for damage, theft or depreciation exceeding that amount. The Operator’s liability is further regulated in the GTC.

4.3  Numbered lockers in the changing rooms serve for storing items (other than valuables) during use of Services, and it is the Client’s responsibility to secure them with a lock. The Client may purchase a lock from the Operator for a fee specified in the Price List.

4.4  Upon leaving, the Client must empty the locker and valuables storage and leave them unlocked. The Operator has the right to open lockers and valuables storage that remain locked after closing hours. Items found in an open locker will be stored for 30 days. A handling fee per the current Price List will apply upon collection. The Client must sign a statutory declaration confirming receipt of items.

4.5  The Client is not entitled to raise claims against the Operator due to announced operational restrictions (sports, social or other events) if informed upon entry.

4.6  The Operator reserves the right to suspend or restrict operations in justified cases, including rental of part or all of the Facility, necessary repairs and maintenance incompatible with normal operations, or force majeure events (e.g. water pipe failure, power outage, forced closure by decision of the landlord or authorities, flooding). The Client shall have no right to compensation in such cases.

4.7  The Client is obliged to follow all instructions and directions of the Operator throughout the entire visit to the Centre.

4.8  Glasses of water or other beverages may not be carried around the Centre premises.

4.9  Entry to the Facility is prohibited for:

a) Persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances. Assessment is solely at the discretion of the Operator or its responsible person.

b) Persons with animals.

c) Persons showing obvious signs of communicable or infectious diseases, or persons with open wounds, skin conditions, or any illness if the Operator determines that their presence could endanger the health of other Clients or cause damage to the Operator’s property.

d) Persons intending to use the Facility for purposes other than those for which it is intended (e.g. commercial or non-sporting use) without the Operator’s permission.

e) Persons failing to comply with obligations set out in the GTC or these Operational Rules.

f) Persons using Services while wearing dirty or malodorous clothing (assessment is solely at the discretion of the Operator or its responsible person).

4.10  For safety reasons, persons who cannot move independently or dress/undress without assistance, as well as persons with significant physical or mental disabilities, are permitted to enter the changing room accompanied by another capable person.

4.11  The following are prohibited in the Facility:

a) Smoking.

b) Bringing in and using glass objects (including bottles).

c) Photographing or filming individuals or groups without their consent. Written permission from the Operator is required for commercial photography or filming.

d) Creating excessive noise or restricting the comfort of other Clients.

e) Using sports and play equipment outside designated areas.

f) Using personal care products outside the shower area.

g) Consuming food or drinks (anything).

i) Interfering with the technical equipment of the Facility.

j) Jumping over turnstiles.

k) Requesting services not listed in the Price List or contrary to the purpose of the Services or the Operational Rules.

l) Bringing in and using weapons.

m) Storing bags, backpacks and other items in open areas of the fitness centre (exercise zone, aerobic studios).

n) Using the aerobic studio outside group exercise class hours or individual rental periods.

4.12  The Client is obliged in particular to:

- maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Facility and report any deficiency to the Operator or its responsible person;

- promptly inform the Operator or its responsible person in the event of a sudden deterioration in health or upon noticing health difficulties of themselves or other Clients;

- handle the Facility’s equipment with care and not damage the premises or property of the Operator or third parties;

- wear clean and appropriate sports footwear and sports clothing;

- follow the instructions of the Operator;

- after finishing exercise, return used equipment to its designated place (do not remove equipment from designated areas);

- use a towel while exercising in the Facility;

- clean machines and equipment after use;

- store personal belongings (bags, backpacks) in the locker in the changing room.

4.13  In case of non-compliance with the Client’s obligations under the GTC or these Operational Rules, the Operator may proceed in accordance with the GTC and request the Client to immediately leave the premises without any right to compensation.

4.14  A Client wishing to have personal training with a Trainer may ask the responsible person of the Operator for contact details or a recommendation.

4.15  An external trainer must pay an external trainer fee upon each entry per the current Price List. The Operator may charge this fee if it is found that a Client is visibly training another person without being registered as a Trainer or External Trainer. The external trainer fee covers both the External Trainer’s personal exercise and entries during client training sessions. The External Trainer may not solicit Clients during their visit.

4.16  Clients must use exercise equipment, weight machines and other Centre facilities only in the manner for which they are intended, and must behave so as to prevent damage and avoid endangering their own health or that of other Clients. The Operator bears no responsibility for injuries caused by the Client’s own negligence, failure to consider their health condition, or non-compliance with these Operational Rules.

4.17  The Client participates in exercise at their own risk, is physically and mentally healthy and capable of undergoing exercise. Before each workout, the Client shall assess their current health and adapt the type, intensity, load and duration of exercise accordingly.

5.  Method and Frequency of Cleaning the Facility

5.1  Cleaning of the Centre premises is carried out daily before opening and on an ongoing basis as needed. Cleaning of personal hygiene facilities, surface areas and floors is carried out throughout the day as required. Waste bins are emptied as needed.

6.  Procedure for Mechanical Cleaning and Disinfection of Surface Areas of Rooms and Furnishing Items

6.1  Disinfection, cleaning and all activities related to cleanliness and order throughout the Facility are the responsibility of an external company acting under a contractual relationship with the Operator.

6.2  Paper rolls (disposable paper towels) placed in the Facility are intended for wiping down machines after use, not for personal hygiene.

7.  Method and Frequency of Cleaning Lighting Fixtures and Windows

7.1  Lighting fixtures and windows are protected from breakage by adequate distance and are cleaned as needed, but at least once a year.

These Operational Rules are valid from 30.03.2026.


Annex No. 1 – Supplement to the Operational Rules Relating to the Provision of Selected Services Pursuant to Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No. 554/2007 Coll.

1)  Type and Method of Service Provision, Health Contraindications and Prohibited Actions During Service Provision

Clients will be provided with massage services in accordance with the current Price List, based on the types of massages offered at individual Facilities.

Health Contraindications on the Part of the Client

•  Heart failure

•  Persons with a cardiac pacemaker

•  All bleeding conditions

•  All febrile illnesses

•  Pregnancy, breastfeeding

•  Infectious skin diseases

•  Varicose veins

•  High blood pressure

•  Persons with metal implants


Health Contraindications on the Part of the Masseur

•  Contagious skin diseases

•  Infectious respiratory illness

•  Acute illness conditions


Prohibited Actions During Service Provision:

•  Manipulation of scars

•  Manipulation of moles

•  Procedures on the cornea or conjunctiva of the eye

2)  Operating Conditions and Principles of Health and Safety for Clients and Employees

Hygienic and anti-epidemic regulations and measures are observed at the Facility. Compliance is the responsibility of the facility manager, who ensures proper hygiene – in particular, measures to prevent the emergence and spread of communicable diseases.

The Facility must be kept clean and tidy. Staff must observe personal hygiene. Towels and soap are available.

Staff serving customers must observe personal hygiene by:

- wearing clean work clothing;

- washing hands with personal soap under running water after each client, and having a personal towel.

The Facility is equipped with a sufficient quantity of cleaning and disinfecting agents.

A first aid kit is available at a suitable and accessible location, equipped in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic No. 554/2007.

In the event of injury to a masseur or Client, or bleeding in connection with a Service, the affected area must be immediately rinsed with water and then disinfected. In case of contamination of hands with biological material, hands must be washed and disinfected with a product having bactericidal and virucidal effects (e.g. Cutasept).

The Facility is equipped with a sufficient quantity of cleaning and disinfecting agents, clean linen and disposable supplies where applicable.

Only cosmetic products that are harmless to health and obtained through the distribution network may be used.

3)  Instructions for Use of Equipment

If equipment is used during the provision of Services, both staff and the Client are obliged to follow the instructions for use. Instructions are available at the Facility. Health contraindications will be stated in or attached to the instructions for use.

4)  Procedure for Mechanical Cleaning, Disinfection and Sterilisation of Working Tools and Equipment Including Surface Areas of Rooms and Their Fittings

Wet mechanical cleaning and disinfection of working surfaces, floors and personal hygiene facilities is carried out daily after closing (00:00–06:00) and on an ongoing basis during work.

Surfaces coming into direct contact with the Client’s body must be washed and disinfected after each Client using the appropriate product.

Wet mechanical cleaning of washable wall surfaces and furniture must be carried out once a week.

When using a disinfecting agent, the manufacturer’s instructions must be followed and expiry dates observed. Waste generated during client service must be removed after each Client and collected in sealable containers. Containers are emptied, cleaned and disinfected daily.

Major repainting of all facility coatings must be carried out at least once every two years.

Disinfectants Used in the Facility:

Disinfectants with bactericidal or virucidal effects are used, for example:

Surface disinfectants: Pantra, Cleamen, Krystal

Working tool disinfectants: Peresal

5)  Method of Storage and Handling of Linen

The facility must have sufficient linen proportionate to the expected number of Clients. Clean linen must be provided for each Client.

Clean and used linen must not come into mutual contact or be mixed up.

Clean linen is stored in a sealable cabinet; used linen is placed in a sealable plastic bin and collected daily for laundering. Linen is laundered at a laundry. Clean linen is transported in single-use plastic bags.

6)  Method and Frequency of Cleaning the Facility

The Facility is maintained in a clean and tidy condition. Disinfection of walls, floors and equipment is carried out regularly – daily. Disinfectants from the distribution network are used following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Solid municipal waste (SMW) is collected in sealable and washable containers and removed daily. Containers are cleaned and disinfected daily. SMW collection is provided by VIVO! Bratislava shopping centre.

7)  Method of Handling Waste, Its Removal, Frequency of Emptying Waste Containers, Their Cleaning and Disinfection

Solid municipal waste (SMW) is collected in sealable and washable containers and removed daily; containers are cleaned and disinfected daily.

Wastewater is discharged into the public sewage system.
