- Special Provisions in Relation to the Use of Children’s Corner’s Premises

During their stay in the Children's Corner, the Child may engage in various activities of interest, in particular playing with other children, including the use of various attractions, or watching children's programmes or listening to songs. The facility is monitored by cameras.
- For health and safety reasons, access to the carpet and any attractions is only allowed in spare shoes or barefoot (children's slippers, socks).
- Children may only enter when accompanied by a parent or other adult (responsible person). The presence of the Operator's staff in this unguarded area does not relieve the parent or other responsible person of the child of the obligation to supervise the child/children. The parent/responsible person shall be fully liable for the behaviour and damage caused by the child in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code, in particular Section 422(1). The parent is responsible for any damage (he/she is fully liable for damage caused to the property of the Operator and/or to the health of a third party, even if caused by negligence). The parent or responsible person is obliged to instruct the children and guide their behaviour so that no damage is caused to the equipment or to the health of another person; in the event that a child soils the premises in the play area (in any way), the parent is obliged to remove all soiling. Behaviour in the Children’s Corner must be such that there is no unreasonable wear and tear on the children's attractions or any toys and equipment located throughout the Children’s Corner area.
- The quality and safety of children's toys, attractions, and other equipment are the responsibility of their manufacturers and suppliers with their certificates. In the event of damage to any equipment in the Children’s Corner area, the Operator must be notified.
- In case of inappropriate behaviour of the child towards other persons staying in the Children’s Corner area or in case of non-compliance with the obligations in these Operating Regulations, the Operator is entitled to expel the child from the Children’s Corner, as well as to prohibit the child from entering the playground area if he/she is ill or shows obvious signs of transferable or infectious diseases (the assessment is solely up to the Operator, the responsible person, or the person authorised by the Operator).
- All components and equipment in the Children’s Corner may only be used in accordance with the instructions for use and for the purpose for which they are intended and as instructed by the Operator, the Operator's responsible person, or a person authorised by the Operator. The children's attractions shall be used at one's own risk notwithstanding the Operator's obligation to maintain such facilities in working order.

The Children's Corner may be temporarily restricted for safety or other reasons at the unilateral decision of the Operator. Any claims by visitors due to such a restriction are excluded.
- The Operator is not liable for any items brought or left in the Children's Corner area. In case of doubt, it is understood that the possibility of using the unguarded area marked as a Children's Corner does not entail the depositing of items.
